As others have said odors from epoxy are not typically a problem, however, epoxy is a petrochemical with some volitile components which, even if they don't smell much, are probably best avoided. At least to be on the safe side you should minimize your exposure as much as is practical.
Some plastic sheets hung floor-to-ceiling may help minimize the amount of epoxy vapor that gets into the rest of the house, this combined with some decent ventilation should help.
