If you dont like the way it looks, or you have a concern about it , fix it to your own satisfaction now, don't try torig a fix later. the smoother the hull is before glass the better the job will be after. Also a note on Glassing. The jury is not still out coating first and letting it harden then smothing before glass is the best way. The coat will help fill little gaps, it will also act as a sealer coat, and help you avoid either resin starved areas (where the wood soaks the resin out of the cloth) or having to put too much epoxy on to avoid resin starvation, but making a hevy glass job.
