I thought that's the way it was supposed to work. I've never received an e-mail copy of a response to someone else. For example, if you get a response from person A, you'll get an e-mail copy of it, but if person B then responds to person A, you _won't_ get an e-mail copy (but person A will, of course). At least that has been my experience.
