I am helping a friend with his CLC Mill Creek 13 project ( I've built two CLC Cape Charles 17s.

We might be having a problem right now. We are at the stage where the bottom panel is being stiched to the two bilge panels and the stiching is about half done. The boat is taking on a severe amount of hog shape (reverse rocker). I had suggetsted to my friend that he cut all the stiches, nail the bottom board flat to a straight baord to hold it in position, and then proceed with the stiching.

Any suggestions ...?
