I spent the day glassing the lip around my flush hatches. Question: Can you spray paint (enamal or laquer) over epoxy? I added graphite to the epoxy to try and make it black, but I didn't put enough in. Add in several places where the epoxy didn't penetrate the bias tape deep enough (I'm really starting to hate this bias tape that came in the kit) and you end up with an ugly mess. I'm filling the areas that didn't fill the first time with clear epoxy and would just like to mask off the wood and spray paint the lip black. Will it work?
