Some people will spend months thinking about every step of the process before building. They feel they must fully understand each procedure before doing anything. Maybe these people really have to work that way, but I find problems easier to solve if it is sitting right in front of me, and the problems I anticipate usually end up being trivial. It is the things I didn't think of that cause the biggest problem. So instead of worrying about how I am going to do something I just go ahead and start.

Building a complete boat is a big task, but the individual steps are not. Don't worry about the whole thing, just do the steps.
