The same thing happened to me, so I positioned the supports to minimize the sag (probably 3-4ft from each end). I also aligned the forms pre-inverted (hull up) so that once I got everything lined up, it was ready to strip without rotating the boxbeam. This worked out just fine. To center the end forms, clamp a short scrap strip on either side of the form out near the tip. These become vertical 'sights' that you can use to ensure the stem is right on the centerline.
