I had the same problem on one of my Chesapeake 18's (s&g). The area was approx 6" x 5". I called CLC and they said I did not mix the epoxy well. I went through some "sacrafical" sand paper and sanded down to the wood and reglassed. Once you do the final sand, no one will ever know.
