Guillemot Deck Hieght

I am in the early stages of building the Guillemot using the offsets found in Nick Schade's book. I am concerned that my 6'2+" frame and 12" foot will not fit properly in this hull. I'm thinking of raising the deck by 15%. Is this neccesary and/or advisable?
