I have checked them out and they are well made. They would be my first choice for a rental or instructional fleet of kayaks. Easily adjusted without a complex explanation. The hole spacing (14.5")is fairly standard so a retrofit should be possible without drilling more holes.
The ad claims 14.5" of travel when the actual travel is about 3" less.
The other choice is the Necky footbraces that also have the release button about 5-6" closer to the cockpit. This is what I have in my King and Coho.
