S&G: Interior or Exterior First?

I currently have a Cormorant hull wired up and have been waiting to get some fiberglass before continuing with inside fillet and glass. I used some forms to get the shape correct and have made spreaders down the length to keep this shape when the forms are pulled.

Most of what I know has been gleaned from 'The New Kayak Shop', Nick's book, and the advice here of which the concensus appears to be:

On S&G Hull --Inside fillet - Inside glass - Outside glass

This weekend I found the glass I'll use in an unlikely spot, a Pygmy Artic Tern kit. (separate story, but -$150 with everything, panels are already wired but have been water stained from leaky roof) Reading the instruction manual for this kit has me wondering what the best method is now. The manual calls for the forms to be left in place to hold the hull form while the keel and chine seams are filled and rounded over then the outside glass applied. The hull is then turned over and interior fillet and glass applied.

I plan on doing the inside first as it appears easier to get it complete before messing with filling and rounding the seams. Has anyone done it both ways and can comment on the results? At this point I'm not sure it matters.
