Generally I work from the inside out on S&G, and from the outside in on strip. This is not cast in stone. You need to maintain the flexibility necessary to do what is needed. I hate for anyone to say any specific method is the best because it just ain't so. Use common sense, consider alternative and possibilities, make your choice, and go on. Things will work out.
