Apple pie is my favorite.. and always HOME-MADE. And I WAS making yams... for my other pies. Sweet-Potato Pie is a Great alternative to Pumpkin, for those of us that just can't quite get THAT taste and texture..

We had our
: pre-Thanksgiving get together with our two sons and three of our nephews.
: We had homemade pizza for dinner and watched Shrek 2. Football on the
: playstation followed. We're off to family's homes for dinner and a day
: filled with visiting. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving too!!!!
