Glenn,
I did see that one in the archieves. I was hoping to not have to use the small router table I have as it's set up for current operations for doing some other stuff and I haven't found a good way to reset it up as precise as I had it before.
The one you posted is extremely simple enough. I do want to ask though when you dado that slot for the shaft to run in, if you end up with any play at all how will that effect things? I dont have a dado blade for my bench top table saw or a surface planer to get all my boards exactly the same width.
