Might I ask... How do you make your own tack cloth?

My only lead was here: http://www.klownhammer.org/ Which is amusing if you follow the link, but didn't tell me how... and made me feel cheap. (Follow the link, you'll understand.)

: I don't use a tack cloth on bare wood ... I just use a paper towel wetted
: with a little alcohol. I do use a tack cloth on the epoxy after final
: sanding ... and I also use a tack cloth on the varnish after sanding every
: coat. Make your own tack cloth and you shouldn't have any problems.
