Absolutely wonderful project. Very interesting design. I'll be very interested in hearing about the performance and handling characteristics. True...you need to work on your filleting technique. I have tried screen sawdust before, but have always found it to be much too coarse for the fillets. I use the sanding dust, or wood flour, from other projects. I mix it up about peanut butter consistency and apply it with small craft sticks I buy at Walmart. The sticks are about like 1/2" popsicle sticks.
I applaud your industry, enthusiasm, and willingness to try such a design. Please don't forget to keep us updated with the finish product, performance, and handling characteristics. It would be nice to have such a design program for hard chine and flat panel boats. Keep up the good work.
