The design is aimed to be an 8 panel approximation of any cool looking sea kayak. What makes it unique is that most S&G kayaks are kinda boxy, this one isn't. I think it's mostly a design limitation issue which I resolved with my software. The boat tracks great and is very quiet (no splash). I used the eye hooks for suspending the foot rest off and for attaching the backrest. I have some more for a solo entry loop device that I designed (haven't tested yet) but they can also be used to secure gear with. I updated my web page.
