John, It's a long way to go, but there are several places in the U.P. where you can get white cedar. I've gotten some clear cedar boards at The Cedar Shop in Sault Ste Marie at 1-906-635-9233. He's a nice helpful fellow. Also The Cedar Mill close to Detour at 1-906-297-2318 cuts a lot of cedar.
