The paper drawings i got from Nick, survived mail from US to Denmark and 5 months of storage in the tube, in my summer house during the whole winter and spring (without heating, that is) before i got to cut out the forms. Still made a perfectly good kayak to me.
Shrink/expand ? Could be as much as 0,5mm in each direction.

Paper is fine by me. Cheap in manufacturing, transport and easy to handle, but since you give me a free choice, i'd go for the CNC cut MDF any time - thank you.
