I am impressed that you wore out a Makita. I am on the same one bought in 1988. I used it for a few years commercially and have used (and abused) it on more projects than I can count since then. I can't kill the damn thing. I will not allow myself to buy a new one until this one bites the dust.

Anyone need some underwater sanding done?

Congrats on the new toy... er... tool.
