Hi, Scott-

You'll love the Play. Great paddling boat, and a blast to build.

I agree with the others. I would add that I find it helpful to work symmetrically, side to side, on the shear and keel pieces. I'm really anal, so I mirror book match the pieces, to equalize stresses. I find that by doing this the little wows in the forms and strips seem to disappear.

Also, keep rechecking alignment by eyeball frequently early in the stripping, just to make sure nothing got loose on you.

Hopefully, by the time you read this, you've already gotten a few strips on. Enjoy! Mike
