Thanks Guys,
I kinda figured there'd be a little wider temp range than the manufacturers recommend and still get good results. But, at the same time, I realize that their recommendations are for optimum results for a given time period. I check the temp in my fridge - 38*F - yet the epoxy was solid.
The reason I was asking(hoping)for a little lower temp range is - - my daughter is coming down from Baltimore on Wednesday(right behind our deep freeze)and I thought it might be nice to let her help me with the seal coat and the wet-out of the deck (if it warms up enough)while she's here for Christmas. I'd like to see the look on her face as the colors come to life. After all, this one is for her. I'll post a pic if we get it done.
Thanks to all for your responses and Happy Holidays to everyone on "The Board". I start almost every day here - over the cpu with a cup of coffee - checking to see whats going on in the world of kayaking . . and . . . north, south, east, or west - its all very good.
And, a special thanks to Nick for providing us with such a unique vehicle for sharing our passion with others.
Happy Holidays.
Charles and Lisa.
