I suggest you put a few of the deck forms back in place within the hull then strap the deck over the forms and see how it mates with the hull. Chances are very good that you can force the deck to conform to its expected shape and mate with the hull.
If it looks OK, remove the deck forms that are not needed when attaching the deck to the hull, but you will probably have keep the deck strapped to the hull while gluing the deck and hull together. If you are using a sheer clamp on the hull, the gluing process may be easier.
