I meant to repl back quicker, things are still ba hectic. I have been looking at the Get Auk's and like the look. One thing someone pointed out was the time differnce in a S&G and a strip. One of my goals is to have a boat to paddle this spring. Once I start I will work on it steady. The problem is I have several projects to do for out new house we are just finishing. I have a shop to set up. BOY THAT SOUNDS SO SWEET! :-) Some funiture projects, 2 sets of carriage style garage doors to build, a screen door for the back porch. Two ... no fout square tapered columns..... Well you get the idea.
So, I am thinking but maybe I should stick with a S&G for the first one. Then build the stripper. While I am waiting on the glue to set I can go paddeling. :-)
Thanks for the input. I am still looking for plans.
