Hi Robert, I found this product (Ren RP-3260 serface coat) on the net for the first time ever. It is a blue color and thick. I use to heat it under a heat lamp to thin it and apply it carefully but fast because it has a short pot life. It is by far the toughest epoxy I ever came across. It would make a hell of a rub strip I think.
