had my share of back trouble nothing like yours but
lasted off and on for years..worst pain ever.

changed my lifestyle and that helped tremendously.
ie..regular exercise, more vegetables, attention to form when lifting
..i drink a lot more water everyday.
Creatine helped a lot..increases bone density and
improves muscle connectivety. I found keeping cells hydrated
helps with the pain a lot and creatine enhances that...plus
it makes me about 10% physically stronger with no known side effects
other than an occasional "hop around the room" cramp.

worked for me.
