From what I understand ther where a lot of diffrent canoe/kayak builders in Germany. You also have a lot of small boat (rowing boats) Yards. But no I dont know any names

Your Kayak looks rather boatisch with strong knees and the stearing wheel placed in the same way as in many power boats from this age.
