I use Raka no blush and I just put my half gallon jugs in a bucket of hot tap water for a half hour before using. I don't know the temperature. I still have plenty of time to work with no problem. I change my mixing jar often because the remaining epoxy on the sides and bottom will start to kick after a while.
Here's something I do that will alarm some people. When I glass and need larger amounts I use tomato sauce jars and shake them up rather than stir. It's way faster and I never had any air problems. If the epoxy is thin, you create no air problems. I use pre marked yogurt containers to do my 2 to 1 ratios and then dump them into the jars, cap it and shake it up.
