Hi,

I finally got the PVC skin on the Sea Glider this weekend, so here is a pic.
If the weather cooperates, I'll paddle it again tomorrow.

Total build time over two plus weekends, with a 2 week rest break between
was about 70 hours. I used snap buttons at each insert and it was fairly
time consuming to drill and fit them. The coaming is a 2 piece 1/2"
aluminum tube that comes apart when folding the boat, but it stays as
part of the skin at all times and should speed up assembly.

The weight is good for a 19 foot folder, but it will gain a pound or
two when the zippers are installed.

Regards,

Tom
