S&G: Is 3 mm plywood thick enough ?

For a 19' x 20" S&G kayak with a 200 lbs person in it, is 3 mm plywood feasible for hull and deck ? Let's assume I put 6 oz glass on both sides to strengthen it up. I have trouble finding 4 mm plywood around here, though 3 mm is available. Having built a 75 lbs kayak of 5 mm plywood, I'm looking forward to something lighter.
