Gosh, I recently downloaded Delftship with the idea of someday quickly cranking out some designs, but maybe I'll stick to doing it the old fashion way by drawing top and side views to get x and y locations of the keel, chine and sheer, building a strongback and forms to those deminsions, and carving out the panel templates from there. Panel twist is built-in. But it takes some time and a good eye for fairing lines.

On the other hand, I don't recall my friend Bob McMurray mentioning any problems with the computer generated panels for his designs. Maybe he'll jump in here.

Below is a photo of a strongback with half forms for carving the side and bottom panel templates. Only the side panel template is on in the photo.
