: link that says "edit". Click and type.

: Perhaps even easier, when you are looking at the thumbnails, there is a
: button called "Edit Captions". Since you have so many images
: this would allow you to do them all on one page instead of having to click
: through each image.

Thanks for the tips. You inspired me to search a little more. The captions are actually embeded, when the picture is enlarged you can get both the caption and the camera information by clicking on more info. to the right. I wish you could make the caption more visible in the photalbum type view. I am new to Picasa but I think I am going to like it. I have also been playing with Proshow Gold for slide shows over the last week and really like it.
