the picture its small so i cant see well, but looks like you held the gun on the same spot quite a bit, am i wrong or i see its scorched a little too?

The only quick fix i know its injecting resin under it and hoping it wont make a bubble. Poke one hole on one side, one on the other, and inject with a siringe. Maybe some acetone first could soften the whole patch enough to help with the look but i doubt that this way you wont see the spot, its just the hatch so.... Still its a quick fix and it gives the results quick fixes often do.
