Yeah, it is. That's why I'm looking for a playful boat that likes the rollers. (for those who don't know the area, they'll get to about 1 1/2 to 2 feet up in the area we're talking about. This area is mostly considered protected water. The waves were something of a surprise to me back when I used to fish and had to beat into them on the homeward run.

But of course we have a LOT of water down here, so if I'm not to have two boats, she'll also have to not be so loose as to wear me down with all the correction strokes
