Gene, thanks for asking about PB-300. I did some research and it seems that it does the same job that Aquaseal does, but it cures very rapidly. I'm going to have to get some of that and give it a try for my drysuit project.

I buy my Melco seam tape from http://www.seattlefabrics.com - See the link below. Whenever I order fabric I just order another ten yards of tape as I figure I'll use it sooner or later.

One thing on the iron-on-tape, McNett actually recommends that you glue it on with Aquaseal, thinned with Cotol, which speeds up the curing process to two hours instead of overnight. When I iron it on I do an iron's length worth of heat for ten seconds, then take up the iron and press down on the heated area with a cloth. The hot glue on the tape kind of "floats" the tape until it cools, so pressing down on it seems to give better adhesion.
