: I have completed the stitching of the 8 oz nylon from G.Dyson. I used the
: Morris method, with a weedwhacker line It was cheap, er, inexpensive,
: readily available, and came in several thicknesses, and colours !! I will
: be tinting the poly yellow, so I chose the yellow weedwhacker line.
: Frame weighs about 15 lbs, and skinned it is a little under 20 lbs.

: I will (hopefully) have an oak coaming after the weekend. Keeping my fingers
: crossed that this late summer weather continues for another week or two,
: at least, so I can have warm weather for shrinking the skin and sealing
: with the poly.
