Brian,

I researched the same question a few weeks ago. I decided to go with Titebond II for laminating stems after writing to Joe Greenley (I'm building a King). Also, having used Gorilla Glue for a few other projects, I've found Titebond II (or almost anything else) to be easier to use, and much easier to clean up. On my first two stems I used way too much glue, and it would have been a real mess with Gorilla Glue. Plus, it's less expensive, too. Good luck.
