: Do any of you have any experience with laminating hardwood stems with Gorilla
: Glue? I think it might have several advantages over epoxy: 1. You can use
: it when the wood is wet
: 2. It is easier on the tools when shaping the stem after lamination

Epoxy is pretty easy on tools when shaping, nothing I've found is easier. Used plastic resin glues though for years doing laminating, just have to insure you have a good fit, which isn't real hard with thin laminations. Nothing though is better at gap filling than epoxy, so if you do get gaps it's no biggy, can even fix them after the lamination is set.
