Epoxy: Graphite/Silica Bottom Coat

I am about to graphite/silica/epoxy coat the bottom of my Waters Dancing Solace 18XL and from what I have read on this discussion board it appears that 20-25 volume % graphite and 5-10 volume % silica is what people have had the best luck with. Does anyone have any more current experience?
