HBB (White Graphite): Tinting and UV Protection?

Something I thought of: Since the powder is white and makes a white coating, one might even be able to add tints to it and change the color. For the hull it may be a nice substitute for paint on a painted hull/bright finished deck. The only concern have would be UV protection. One would think that it "should" be similar to using graphite. Any thoughts out there on this?
