well you would think that it covers enough to have that effect, honestly the stuff its supposed to be white but since i havent been able to see an example mixed with epoxy in real or in picture yet, i dont know if it stays that way or it becomes semitransparent, judging from the page of a producer

the HBN would give freedom of colors for plastics manufacturers since its white.
So i assume (and i know the saying) that that stuff stays white, has enough coverage to offer UV protection and the goop can be dyed... at least to a point.
But i already asked someone familiar with it so when ill have an answer ill let you know.
