Ill be following this thread closely. I just finished setting up stations for excactly the same project last night.
Strips will be ripped during the weekend.
Ill paint the kayak like the Black Pearls have been, so stripping will not be artistic in any way.
I just hope Robert gets good results on his experiments with "white graphite"

BTW, I used lasers to set up stations, making everything quite easy!
