Thanks - I'd forgotten to mention the cormorant, but had put it in the "probably not" pile given some of the comments on the forum about it's (lack of) stability...

I know that with experience one overcomes lack of primary stability in a kayak that has secondary stability, but at the same time, I don't want to ahve to fight to maintain my balance (It's hard enough on dry land at times as it is!)
