I've seen the dual speed sign only in one place and I do not remember where I saw it. I do remember seeing both speed acronyms on the sign. I'd pick the faster speed. I do love to go fast if I have a choice...of course, weather permitting. ;)

That happens to me when I am riding the motorcycle. In fact, sometimes the sign is such a blur that I don't even realize that I passed it. I only ride the motorcycle that fast when I am on the "robbobaun". The speed limit on the robbobaun is something like 290 kmph.
