I know the wine bag that you are thinking of: MT'ed one just last weekend. Well, ok, I didn't quite MT it but I got 2/5's of the way through it. This particular bag was as thin as mylar and was silver in color. It was a Canadian brand of wine, can't recall the label name. I could easily see that as being fairly reflective.
The other wine bags I have seen (MT, of course) are just a heavy plastic that you have to struggle with to squeeze out the last drops of wine. I find myself doing that with the Australian wines - don't want to waste one drop.
