With 130lb paddler, 30 lb boat, and 10 lbs gear...
Sea Tour 13 - 3.5" waterline
Sea Bee - 3.75" waterline
The main difference would be the greater overall height of the Sea Bee. The shallower Sea Tour 13 would be a better fit for her.
