The Happy Bottom Seat from CLCboats is comfy, and for my bottom, perfect. They're also only $38. Sure beats messing around carving foam and futzing with the seat for weeks and weeks to get a fit you can have right out of the box.

I even have one in one of my glass kayaks and am thinking about putting one in my other glass boat.
