: Ted - does the Golden play on edge as well as the King?
Absolutely. I've been in two different Goldens for a total of 5 or 6 times. It's loose tracking but a complete blast. Feels great in the waves. It handles very similar to an Avocet if you have been in one of those. Has a little better top end though. A friend in our club is just finishing a custom Golden built more for rolling. She took out about an inch of height the length of the boat and lowered the back deck even further. I think it's down to five inches to the top of the rear coaming. If I can squeeze in it will be interesting to see what it's like.

Well, you could build three folders quicker. Do you have to use wood frames so the fabric does not fuse to the frame with all that heat? Hey I know, you could store them up here at my house for when you want to take a trip. Hah!
