I need to buy a compass and I am looking at the S-59W white RITCHIE COMPASS KAYAKER for kayaks. I like the heading indicator at the base to set your heading while paddling. I’m assuming that this compass has compensators to adjust for any metal that might throw it off, but I haven’t see this listed. Any comments on this or any other compass for kayaks? Thanks.
