Skin-on-Frame: Question for Tom Yost

This question is for Tom or anyone who has built a Nikumi. I'm seriously considering building one and have been studying the offsets and pictures on Yostwerks. The offsets indicate a flat rear deck from gunwale to gunwale while the pictures appear to show a slight centre ridge and two ridges just aft of the cockpit. Am I misreading the offsets or is this a change/improvement to the original offsets?
